Chef Coco is amazing! We had Chef Coco cater our wedding and her culinary skills are unreal. She incredibly brought the garden onto the plate. The food was so beautifully crafted, almost too pretty to eat. Man oh man, the taste is beyond delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection, ingredients are so fresh, and everything works so well together to create a balanced dish. Chef Coco was such a pleasure to work with. She made it simple and painless. The only hard part is picking the dishes from the menu she built. Everything just sounds so delicious. If you have a big enough stomach, you can choose everything. Our 10th wedding anniversary was made extra special with the service Coco provided. First, she made an amazing Charcuterie Board and delicious bruschetta. Then, she did a fantastic job cooking the steaks and king crab legs to perfection. Finally, Coco impressed us with a dessert board that was wiped clean by our guests. Aside from the amazing food she prepared, Coco was completely professional and stayed focused on our special evening.

I recently visited Oahu and had the opportunity to feast on Chef Coco’s creations! She prepares her dishes with the freshest ingredients and the presentation is beautiful. Her eye towards detail is amazing.
Chef Coco would shop for the dishes we had asked for and always added a bit extra to make it more delicious. She arrived on time, made sure everything was washed before she started to prepare the food. She brought her serving platters, pots, etc, everything that was needed. She left the kitchen area cleaner than it was when she arrived!
My final farewell was an absolutely delicious brunch from homemade waffles, eggs, steak, salmon spread with fresh bagels, pasta, fruit, and champagne! The table was dressed beautifully.
She is top notch in her field. I wanted to take her home with me, but she prefers Hawaii weather over cold and shaw! A+. I have no hesitation in recommending her for private dinners or events.

When I would have company over, Coco was happy to host wonderful dinner parties. She would set the table up beautifully, create a wonderful presentation with the food and all my guests loved her. Every time Chef Coco came to cook at my home it was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend her!

We found Chef Coco through a list of vendors from our wedding venue and we are beyond pleased with her! I was given a few caterer recommendations and after doing my research online I decided to go with her because of the amazing photos of her food on her Instagram. Not only did her food look pretty but the food was amazing! We had about an hour conversation with her to brainstorm ideas for our dinner. We had a lot of picky eaters and allergies and a few were vegetarian and Chef was able to accommodate all of our requests and make it delicious. The lemon tart was amazing!!! Everyone raved about the food and everything was displayed beautifully just like on her Instagram. When we renew our vows in five years we will use Chef Coco again. We highly recommend her!
